This page explains how CarrierFile handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

CarrierFile is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Plans and payment

Plans are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price shown on this website. One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly plans are charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel.

Cancelling

To cancel a monthly plan, send us a message on our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won’t be charged again.

If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver the plan you bought, we will refund that payment.

What we do and don’t do

CarrierFile organizes driver and vehicle records and tracks the dates you provide. It does not certify DOT or regulatory compliance, assess driver eligibility, or authorize drivers.
